Even though Maxim Kozhevnikov and Yulia Zagoruychenko have split, they still maintain an official website, mydance.net together. And it’s a good one. It is up-to-date and very informative. Not only do they have Max and Yulia info, they also have Ricardo/Yulia and Max/Beata info.

The Event section for Ricardo and Yulia has their schedule through September 2009. Hmmm. They will do a guest performance for Dancing with the Stars in May. That’s interesting! Their competition schedule includes:

  • Blackpool (May)
  • the Millenium Dancesport Championships (June)
  • Manhattan Dancesport Championships (July)
  • one in Chine (July), German Open (August)
  • Embassy Dancesport Championships (September)
  • United State Dancesport Championships (September)

In addition to the above competitions, they will have shows and coachings in and outside the U.S. They must be very healthy and strong to maintain the kind of schedule.

Speaking of a hectic schedule, Igor Litvinov & Julia Ivleva, a international standard couple, competed in the U.K. Open on Wednesday, Jan 21st and competed in Nashville Starz on Sunday, Jan 25th. They probably had one or one-half day of rest in between. Amazing!

In the section for their services, I learned that they also do a choreography for ice skaters. Interesting. (I wonder how much they charge for choreography or coaching.) Their bio pages have a nice question-and-answer section and both of them have detailed resumes there.
