Maurizio Vescovo has found a new partner after breaking off the partnership with Melinda Törökgyörgy earlier this year. Representing Hungary, Maurizio and Melinda danced together for at least 10 years and won all the major amateur titles. Melinda already found a new partner, Andrej Skufca, and her new partnership seems to be progressing well as they already did a show dance together as you can see from here.
Now it’s Maurizio’s turn. His new partner is Andra Vaidilaite, a native of Lithuania, and danced for Canada. As Maurizio is one of my favorite male dancers, I am quite excited. You can read the article at dancesportinfo.net.
Stefano di Filippo

Stefano di Filippo, who split from Anna Melinkova, is dancing with Olga Urumova. As Olga is from Ukraine, Stefano and Olga are dancing for Ukraine. This new partnership was announced in August and they haven’t done any competition or performance yet. It’ll be interesting.

It looks like the first few videos of Stefano and Olga are up on Youtube. The video quality isn’t that good but dance quality is. You can watch it here.
