I found 2 very good sites for pre-owned competition dresses/costumes. One is more focused on pre-owned latin dresses and the other is geared toward smooth/standard dresses. Both sites have A LOT of dresses. artrhythms.com has 4 pages dedicated for used costumes (more than 1000 dresses, I guess). The price range varies depending on the condition [...]
